Desciption

  • Provide new client credential with CEO/Executive Director.
  • Monitor all processes between internal side and client side.
  • Find solutions and fix critical problems with clients such as unarchived client KPI and get a complaint.
  • Define and monitor presentation speech script standard with client service team.
  • Review client service team presentation format and speech script.

Qualifications

  • Experience in management level more than 2 years.
  • Experience in digital agency client service that is relevant with deal opening and closing deals by presentations with data metric for more than 2 years.
  • Understand how SEO ranking work. – Discovering working problems and solutions to consider likely scenarios, plan for potential complications, and find ways to mitigate or avoid risk.
  • TOEIC socre is more than 650.
